Changes

Status changes and corrections are logged here, including claims that were reversed. We do not silently delete a statement that turned out wrong.

2026-10-15: First version published. Pages written for the release date, gacha question, system requirements, characters, cities, places, map status, game systems, pre-registration rewards, official links, method and corrections.
2026-10-15: Pre-registration counter recorded at about 25.15 million (rolling counter, read from a screenshot).
2026-10-15: Early-test claims marked Conflicting; the January 2025 Hangzhou offline test is the only official test listed.
2026-10-15, correction: The first version said only the PC operating system was official and treated the full spec table as a guide-site claim. NetEase's TapTap vendor page publishes that table (minimum GTX 1060 6G, recommended RTX 3080), so it is now Verified, with Steam's TBD noted. The system requirements page was rewritten.
2026-10-15, correction: The January 2026 China test is still marked Conflicting, but the note now names the two media reports and the May 2026 report that contradicts them, and records that the official news lists carry no such notice.
2026-10-15, correction: Mainland China channels. The first version said no official Bilibili or Weibo accounts were found; the Chinese official news pages list them, with TapTap, Douyin, Kuaishou and others. Traditional Chinese accounts added to the official links.
2026-10-15, correction: The Traditional Chinese spelling of Nova City is 新啟, not 新啓 (the Japanese official spelling).
2026-10-15: Added rows for mainland China and for the Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau agency, plus Beijing-time equivalents for the store launch hours (hour still Conflicting). The Chinese name 梅卡妮卡 recorded as named in an official post, playability not announced.
2026-10-16: Second batch of checks. Added Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau publisher, store and server rows; the Japan operator; languages and voice (Japanese and Traditional Chinese); tests by region; store age labels (not rating certificates); the former name Project Mugen; Taiwan store labels on the gacha page; the Taiwan iOS 1.0 listing on the requirements page; and store links by region on the official links page.
